Mr. Gallagher made an excellent 1st impression with me. Very professional and cordial. Anyhow, I discussed my situation with him and he made some very positive points that my previous lawyer never even addrssed. His knowledge of the law is phenomenal. He's a man who has strong beliefs in his ethics and in seeking the truth he went through a number of obstacles to right a wrong. Brought justice to a man who was wrongfully accused.

Attorney Gallagher failed to show up for a court hearing after he was retained. His lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable. After several court appearances, where he did not show up at all, we were able to get him off of our case and hired a new attorney who was much more knowledgeable, professional, and available to appear for scheduled court dates. We will not be using or recommending this attorney in the future. It was a complete waste of our money , our time, and the court's time.
