Very disappointed that Massey & Associates did not stand by their commitment to me as a client after I signed paperwork and furthermore outsourced my case to an attorney named Jacob Parker that is not listed as an attorney with their law firm. After finally chasing down Jacob Parker to speak with after 3 months and just learning that he is not an actual listed attorney on the Massey & Associates website I am told by him immediately during our first phone contact call that my case did not meet his smell test. Jacob Parker seemed arrogant and insensitive from the start of our brief phone conversation and did not seem interested in what I had to say period. Jacob Parker seemed to indicate that the cases he was interested in are the easy to prove ones not a case that requires work and effort. Jacob is not an attorney that is willing to fight. He wants an easy win. Kinda reminds me of people that like to go to work and play on cell phones all day and still expect a paycheck at the end of the week. Where is the integrity of fighting and believing in your client? Sadley I can't say that I found that with Massey & Associates or with Jacob Parker whom they sent my case out too. Shame on you all!
