I just want people to be VERY mindful when contacting this firm. We reached out to Rebecca immediately after a car accident, seeking legal representation. She advised us on certain steps, including refusing to cooperate with the other party’s insurance—advice that ultimately resulted in us receiving no compensation. After following her guidance, she later decided not to take our case, leaving us without representation. Despite having strong evidence that the accident was not our fault (which we successfully proved ourselves by getting the citation we had been given dismissed at court) we found ourselves in a worse position due to her initial involvement. We had already spent a significant amount of time speaking with her, providing documents, and following her recommendations, so it only made sense to update her once the citation was dismissed—especially since she had previously stated that she would be interested in the case if that happened. However, when I reached out today, she quickly stated that she couldn't take another case and told us to "Google other lawyers," without even referring us to someone else in or outside her firm. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, as it seems she was never truly interested in helping us from the start. Instead of being upfront, she wasted our time and may have hindered our ability to seek proper compensation. I’m leaving this review because I genuinely don’t understand the raving feedback from others and would appreciate someone from the firm reaching out for clarification.
