Honestly horrible experience, Mary Ann Romero did not provide me the service that I needed as soon as I got to the office she had no manners and made her associate do all the work, she had a price lists which relys on the service that her costumers want, and I chose the most expensive one and utterly got scammed, my kindergarden daughter could have done better as a lawyer, She got 5 extra years on my husbands case and he was only supposed to serve 3 months of community service, And not only that she also charged me even more for going to her building to discuss my husbands trails and she used foul language and said that she would sue me with the power she has as a lawyer, If I could say anything DON’T HIRE THIS LAWYER, unless you want more years on your case

Horrible experience with her! If you can do not hire Mary Ann Romero. Her Associate does a better job. They lost paperwork all the time and made us drive up to the office all the time to hand in the same paperwork. She was also so rude! My case delayed two years and at the end the kept lying that they had sent the paperwork. One day they called us to tell us that they missed a signature and they hadn’t sent the paperwork yet! I was so frustrated but it was to late to change Lawyers and go to a different firm. I spoke with different lawyers! And let me tell you that she has a reputation and they advised me to never go back to her (I wasn’t planning to though). On the last day of our meeting she was already giving us prices because she guaranteed to us that we would need to pay for a (perdon) which speaking with different lawyers they all said that is was a BS. Which at the end we are happy that her Associate ended up helping us and not her and things took a good turn.

I keep having unprofessional interactions. I wont be using them anymore. Eh tenido experiensas no proffesionales. I have used them 3 times and each time it became worse and worse. The first time I used their services I went through 3 different associates/assitants not sure why but the case seemed to delay because every time the person interacting with me kept changing every few months. This most recent time, I went in to sign papers, I signed what was provided to me and I left. I was then informed at 4:15 p.m. that I needed to go back to sign more papers. The assitants failed to properly gather all the paperwork for my arrival. I asked them if they could wait for me to drive back from work as it was them that were at fault for me having to come back. I was given a rude response that they would wait no more than 4:30 on the dot. The fact that they werent willing to wait for me another 5 minutes even though it was they who were not proffesional nor properly ready for me to sign all my paperwork the first time I went really annoyed me. I didnt even get an apology for the lack of respect to my time, until I asked why they just didnt apologize and have an open mind that if they are the ones who messed up they should be the ones to make amends and meet me half ways, like waiting a few minutes past 4:30 p.m. If they lack the understanding and proffesionalism to properly have all my paperwork ready for when I go into sign what other mistakes might they oversee in my case. I was not wiling to risk my case to this type of service and asked for a refund. I will say, they were nice to work with me for a refund at this point.
