Steve Granberg is amazing; very attainable, responsive, caring, and helpful. I highly recommend. He is very knowledgable and readily available with any questions and concerns I had. Granberg was generous with his time (free) on the phone. Very kind and patient in listening. Just like a typical refreshing New Mexican. However the lawyer came out in him as I asked too many questions. He made a remark about me not being a paying customer and I honestly told him I would be glad to pay him with my credit card. I said I value his time. He went on a nasty rant that I was arguing with him on the issue we discussed. I told him I wasn’t. He went on saying he had paying customers waiting once again taking a shot at me as a free rider. I reiterated I’d pay. That didn’t matter. It went against his narrative. Oh well. At least I enjoyed the first two thirds of our conversation. He said he takes about three or four quick free calls a day so I guess I just pushed my luck and he felt I was taking advantage of his kindness. But still I told him I was willing to $$$$$ A good man. I suggest saying upfront you are willing to pay for his time. Have a few well thought out questions written down ahead of time ready to go when you call him. Stay on subject and get the information you can and move on. Even if he goes on a small tangent try to get back to your questions. Remember, the clock is still ticking even if it’s him rambling and not you. Keep your goals in mind and you’ll get the knowledge you need. Knowledge in law is critical and it’s not always logical so do your homework.

Very fast response!! I emailed him late one evening and he got back to me in the morning! Unfortunately could not take my case because it was too long ago. If I ever need an Employment lawyer I will definitely be reaching out to him asap!
