The experience was beyond horrendous. I originally planned to file due to a lawsuit against my company. These guys charged me a ton of money and while they originally included the IRS in their petition, they closed the petition without allowing the IRS to get paid, meaning the IRS could come after me outside of it so they did. Further, they told me not to pay a casino debt because I wasn't allowed to pay it outside of the BK. Not paying it then allowed the casino to come after me for criminal charges!! A complete disaster! I am sure that meeting these guys took 5 years off of my life.
