Put it this way, he forgot/mixed up what I was pleaing in court, the day of court… while in the court room, minutes prior to judge reviewing case. He mentioned I didn’t have to show up to court, I showed up because it seems obvious that showing up would show I care/care about my future to the judge maybe ?? He implied since I showed up that I can do the talking… he also told me in the beginning 2nd consultation he had the dash cam footage. at the end of that same conversation I asked to see them, and he implied he would get them from sheriffs office if I wanted…. Just some takeaways from my experience. You also have to swipe your credit card on his desk before speaking to him ha ha can’t make this up. Like “better call Saul” without the results.

Very informative, very knowledgeable of the laws. If you have a case and need an attorney, he IS the lawyer to call to represent you. Alot of "public pretenders" will railroad you, or not really fight for you, while Mark will ALWAYS have your best interest at heart. I never have any doubts I'm my mind that Mark will be in my corner when I need him in my corner. I've heard that he is a good attorney, but those were just rumors. He's not good, he's GREAT!
