I would definitely recommend this business to anyone! I came to M.Jacobs' office, when I needed a professional attorney help to apply for my second green card (permanent one for 10 years). My case was a little bit more complicated than any other of that type (plus I was 6 months late after the expiration date of my first- temporary green card. I had extensive consultation time with Mr. Jacobs, where he got acquainted with every aspect and the smallest detailed of my case and answered all the questions that I had at that moment. I was a bit stressed, but Mr.Jacobs made me feel better when he told me in details how my case would proceed and what to expect on each step of the process. From the very beginning he told me that it would be a long case (8-12 months), but I would get my papers from immigration department within first 2 weeks of filing my case (those papers confirm that I have a legal status and still can travel outside US if needed while my case is processing. After that his assistant Ms.Brenda contacted me few times (via email that was very convenient because I didn't need to come to the office multiple times or stay there) while she was preparing my paperwork (to be submitted to the Immigrations Department) to make sure that she would get every detail right (including explanation letter to The Immigration Department why I was 6 months late after expiration of my first Green Card). I asked her to make few corrections in my explanation letter draft. Finally, when I was completely confident and happy with my paperwork, it was submitted and I got my I-797 (paper that confirmed my legal status) within 2 weeks. I was absolutely expecting the official interview before getting my second permanent green card, but I got it in the mail without any interview! My case was approved and processed after 1.5 year (typical processing time frame)- I was really happy that I didn't need to attend an interview- I'm sure that happened because Mr. Jacobs and his assistant were very professional and precise while submitting my paperwork and my cases (so Immigration Department didn't need a personal interview with me since the case was presented in details and no any other question arisen). Plus, while my case was still pended and I needed to travel outside US, Mr.Jacobs and his office assisted me and worked me through the steps that I needed to complete (stamp I-751 in my passport from Immigration Office) so I would not have any issues to come back to US (which i obviously didn't have). I absolutely recommend Mark Jacobs and his staff to anyone who is seeking immigration assistance - they are professional, courteous and trustworthy!
