Mr Herbert quoted me a price for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Then over a transfer of property issue he tried to for e me into filing a Chapter 13 which would give him an additional $4100 in his pocket plus the $1300 in attorney fees he already charged me. When i refused to follow through he said he was keeping all the money except for the filing fees which is a rip off!! Beware!! Im on Social Security Disability and struggling as it is! He did nothing but feed me bullshit! Im reporting him to the bar association!!
