You have a better chance hiring a public defender. No research done, didnt even show up for not 1, but 2 court appearances.(had to call and remind him that we had court, and had to wait for him to make it on 1 occasion) Things where ignored including begging to do depositions on my case. If i had known then what i know now about criminal procedure, i would have never would have hired Mr Joseph. In this case cheaper is definitely not better. Edit... i have used mr joseph prior on a trial that was won because the other party told the truth on the stand to prove i was innocent. This in no way means that one shouldnt be properly prepared and take steps (like depositions, researching laws being on time on court dates) before a trial.

I thank God I found Mr. Marc Joseph on Google!
