I began working with this company back in august of 2021 in the Albuquerque NM office. I paid my balance in full that they asked for. Since then they closed the office down without notice. I left countless voicemails over several months. I finally received a call back in November of 2022. I simply requested a refund for the money I had already paid since the office had closed and nothing had been done for my case. The woman I spoke to reassured me she would be starting with my refund the following Monday and I would receive an email confirmation. I’ve yet to hear anything back or receive any form of refund. I’ve started calling again and leaving voice mails but after reading all the reviews I’m very discouraged that I’ll ever get anything back. This firm is taking advantage of people and scamming them out of thousands of dollars. Do not do business with them. They will simply take your money and run.

I would like to start off by saying I was truly blessed to have stopped into Maney & Gordon’s Immigration Help Center. I lived about 15 minutes away and drove by the building a few times not knowing I would one day be employing their services. Their level of service is second to none and the staff are very accommodating and professional. I would like to thank Ms.Veronica especially, since she ensured every document and piece of information was 100% every step of the way. The timely follow up and correspondence could not have been better. Ms. Veronica helped me understand the process for the K1 Visa and what we needed to do once my fiancee was in the U.S. I would also like to thank Attorney Lilibeth for getting us prepared for the interview process. I'm happy to say that everything was so easy I hardly noticed a year has already gone by since my then fiancee, now wife moved here.
