I am giving attorney Bill Ginsburg one star out of five to match the equivalent of giving a grade A thru F. A Equals 5 stars and F equals 1 star. This attorney is a total loser. After retaining him and speaking to him he quit because he found out he would have to file an extra motion. My legal service plan hired him on a flat fee. Bill Ginsburg had a totally defeatist attitude. Plead guilty to a reduced charge was consistently said by him even before I could finish my version of what happened. In my opinion my advice is to get a born to use tattoo before retaining Bill Ginsburg. Pray to God if this idiot works as a public defender.
