We hired Mack & Associates to help us with a will. Instead of starting with a conversation about what our goals are or giving any guidance, they sent us a form that they'd use to create our will.We could have used an online tool if that's how we wanted to create our will. Attorney was also late to our first meeting, called us from his car, and rushed through the conversation without giving us any time to ask questions. He completely missed the second (and final) meeting

Extremely unprofessional and no heart at all...John Kern was not only disingenuous but he was also extremely unhelpful with his snooty personality. I called to set up a meeting and I was shocked when he had zero compassion for someone who was a victim in a very serious case. He actually resorted to name calling....and this is a man who claims to be professional and passionate about helping people. I couldn't imagine trusting someone this immature with something as serious as legal issues.
