Never returns calls, never in office. secretary when she does answer phones says he has no set schedule. Does not keep you informed on case. Do yourself a favor and hire a different lawyer if he is court appointed dismiss him and ask for someone else.

This is by far the best law firm around Virginia I was facing a lot of charges and time and Mr. Livingston got everything dropped on first day in court.
