I had a very disappointing experience working with Mrs. Sharma-Dahal as my immigration lawyer. From the outset, her services were far from satisfactory, and her lack of professionalism made an already stressful immigration process even worse. Despite my repeated requests to be updated regularly, Mrs. Dahal consistently failed to keep me informed about my case. Even after receiving critical decisions from USCIS or government offices, she delayed conveying the information to me. Emails were rarely answered on time, leaving me in the dark for weeks at a stretch. Mrs. Dahal seemed more focused on payment than providing reliable legal guidance. Her explanations regarding procedures were often vague and unhelpful, and there was a clear lack of transparency throughout the process. Her frequent excuses about being "out of town for hearings" made it nearly impossible to get timely responses or updates. Eventually, I had no choice but to drop my case with her after my I-140 was approved, as her services continued to deteriorate. For the fees charged, I expected a much higher level of professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to her clients. I would not recommend Mrs. Dahal to anyone seeking reliable legal representation for immigration matters. Her poor communication and lack of accountability made this process far more stressful than it needed to be.
