Although I'm not being represented by this firm, I'm still giving them 5 stars for the following reasons. I talked to Tom, whom was empathetic to my situation and very patient. He listened with intent and didn't brush me off or rush me to get off of the phone. He was honest about situation not being in their purview. He also enlightening me about the type of attorney I would need in my situation, while listing off a few firms that I should approach.
