Lipton Law was originally recommended to me by my divorce lawyer after I had a terrible car accident during my divorce process. I was super hesitant to contact them because I was extremely overwhelmed with having my car totaled while moving out; literally the time I needed my car the most. I thought I could handle dealing with the insurance company while I dealt with divorce paperwork, moving into a new place, having no car, trauma from the accident, depression due to the accident and divorce, and my ex fighting me for the totaled car check, but the reality was that I couldn’t.
