I have a lengthy background in Montgomery and Mrs. Linzer looked at all my progress that I had made. Upon her suggestions I completed all classes that she suggested and more. She kept my wife informed of everything that was going on since I was in jail until court. As a convicted felon from previous years, Mrs. Linzer was able to plead our case to the prosecutor and was able to get me probation. Jo ann is a horrible attorney & just bad person all around. I witnessed her being fired by two other inmates at one time while in the court room. As for my personal experience regarding her professional quality I give her a zero. She told me I wouldn’t have any court fees & I got $500 in fines. She told me I would get 20% off for good behavior & that didn’t happen I did my full sentence!! She also told me the court was dropping my charge to a state jail felony level but that was also a flat out lie because my charge was only a state jail felony to begin with!! She never tried to get me in a rehab or probation or the Bambi program. She told me & my family that she would get me out of jail after I had the baby well she never did that. Instead I showed up to court & was told something totally different by her. And two days after I should of been out for my good behavior my 3 month old son was severely injured with two skull fractures & was in Texas children’s hospital for 11 days. Jo Ann never fought for me & the behavior she displayed in the court room was embarrassing. She was late every single time to court & one time she was two hours late. Everyone told me to fire her, even other attorneys who have worked with her told me to fire her. I didn’t listen & I suffered & my son suffered. I honestly can’t even look at her picture with out crying. I won’t list everything I’ve heard about her or who said it. An I won’t list every lie she told. I won’t say how many times she manipulated me & my family & played us against each other. Ive had 9 months to think about how awful she treated me & talked down to me. Jo Ann failed my son & I. I beat the stage 2B Cervical cancer (that u couldn't get me bail on for treatment of the tumor) although it took so long for me to get treatment I can't ever have kids again! I also beat CPS and won full custody of my son 5 months after my release from prison!! I got my son his passport & bought one for myself & took him on a trip to the Grand Cayman Islands! This is to let you know that you were WRONG about me! And this is to let everyone else know that the corrupt Montgomery county doesn't always win, sometimes love wins!
