I started this back with LexingtonLaw, September or October I canceled in December. 2024–They keep charging my card. I canceled in writing with an email January 8, 2025 on March 3. They charged another card that was taking off of my account that they supposedly don’t have anymore. These people that repair credit my experience has been that they’re not honest. My account was supposed to be charged 139 a month. I have proof on my credit cards that they’ve charged nine $9.90 $19.90 $29.90 —$139.0 my account wasn’t set up where they get charged me $139 and 10 times after that for whatever they want This is why I canceled them in January in writing on an email so next I go to the Better Business Bureau they charge my card one more time I’m hiring an attorney. I would not recommend these not so honest people to anybody

I started an account here to help with an incorrect account that was posted to my credit belonging to somebody else. It’s been 3 months working with Lexington with no results. The account was only removed because I called the original creditor myself and they couldn’t locate or verify the account. I spent over a month trying to cancel my account and was sent in circles. I asked for an itemized receipt of services performed for the month of January which they could not provide however they’re still charging me for an additional month. Not worth the money at all. So much easier for you to work with the creditors yourself.

I have been a client of Lexington Law Firm on and off for over 10 years, and while I appreciated their services in the past, my recent experience has been highly disappointing. For nearly two years now, my account has seen no significant movement, despite my consistent complaints every 2-3 months. Every time I reach out, I’m told that the lack of progress is due to changes in TransUnion and Equifax’s policies this year. However, that doesn’t explain why my account was stagnant before these changes were made. It feels as though I’ve been paying for services without receiving any real work or results. I trusted Lexington Law Firm to help improve my credit, but it’s become clear that little to no effort has been made on my account for a significant period. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend their services based on my experience.

Whats happened to the Lexington Law i used to know??? Did you guys change management or something? I used to be your client several years ago. I got exceptional services. My emails and phone calls were answered in a timely manner. I want your services again but I can't get hold of anybody. I wrote an email a week ago but I haven't gotten any replies. Please wake up guys and do your job.

You really don't have an option to call!!! What a ridiculous thing to expect me to text you all this information. You really thought it would be a good idea to take what could be a 10 minute interaction and turn it into 45 just so we can type everything out!?!?!? I will never do that as the inconvenience is insane!!! I would think you would value time more
