Lewis & Feldman, LLC, is incredible! Mr. Jon Lewis, took my case, and treated me like I was his only client and as though my case was personal to him. I truly felt cared for. Two other attorneys rejected my case... they said it wouldn't be worth the time and trouble. But Mr. Lewis, never gave up on me! I was never inconvenienced to come in to the office over and over again. He handled so many of my questions and problems through email, and not once acted like I was too much for him. He answered emails and questions very quickly, even at night and on weekends! He made certain that all of my questions were answered, and that the answers were understandable and clear. He also went to great lengths to explain the system, and what to expect next. He handled all of the communication between me and the other party, so I never had to feel intimidated or worried about them. My case ended in a way that was very satisfactory to me and left me feeling like I mattered and that my issue was of great importance. Danny Feldman helped me navigate and avoid some early pitfalls dealing with two insurance companies regarding Underinsured Motorist (UIM) and Bodily Injury (BI) insurance. Best legal advice and representation I could ever expect. I had a major transmission malfunction in a 2021 challenger. The car was in the shop for more than 30 days. I sent the manufacture A non-compliance demand letter through certified mail, and they would not respond as the law requires. By the time I talked to Jon I was very perturbed at the situation. I told him all that I had already done, and I gave him copies of every piece of paperwork. He sounded excited that I had already done as much as I had and kept every record of every service. He explained to me that it could take a long time to get my money returned, and told me that he would be glad to take my case.
