Horrible communication had two different caseworkers and two different attorneys without our notification, very unprofessional, they would tell us one thing and then a week later I called back and it's another thing. Would never ever use them again nor would I recommend them, only reason why we use them is because they do charity for people who have no homes or they give out turkeys and stuff like that. Do not go to Lerner and row ever it's my recommendation. We barely got anything from the settlement no bills were taken care of and we were out of our only vehicle for 5 months and they didn't care. The case was open and shut the person who hit us head on admitted it was his fault I have the police report.
