I was rear ended August 2024. I called Lerner & Rowe, Ricardo Roybal was assigned to my case. He was awesome. He made sure I got the medical treatment I needed and, he kept in contact with me to let me know how the case was progressing. He and his associates made feel at ease during a very difficult time. I am truly disappointed. I do not recommend to anyone. It was hard getting clear/ upfront communication the ENTIRE time working with them. I was always the one contacting them. It got to the point where I just settled for what I could get after all I went through after my accident which wasn’t even worth the loss I experienced. They took 50% of my settlement although I was the one who went through loss/ hardships/ + financial burden after my accident. They were unclear about a lot of things including what they would be taking from my settlement. It took over a year. Just save yourself completely and go with someone else.
