I’ve practiced law in Dallas for almost a half-Century. Two friends were injured in a classic wreck, they had the green light, middle of the intersection, a driver on his phone plowed through, hitting the Right-Side Door. Car video caught it all. One of the injuries was unusual, the passenger’s hearing was dramatically affected. I called a couple retired PI lawyers I respected, described the case; after two of them suggested Marc Lenahan, I quit and called Mark. He stayed in contact with them, kept them fully aware, gave them a complete accounting of how their payments were computed. Ethics are a major part in law practice. If you are looking for a personal injury attorney, you truly will not find a better law firm. When my brother suffered a devastating injury a few years ago, I started the search for a personal injury attorney almost immediately. As a lawyer myself, I was extremely picky and diligent about looking for a lawyer- I solicited recommendations from my professional network, scoured legal websites for reviews and interviewed at least a half dozen firms. My brother had been injured at a national chain of entertainment venues so our lawsuit was not an easy one.
