They took $5,000 cash and dropped me because I didn't pay the ad litem fee or process server fee in time . This totaled to $500-800 , ( they did not hire the ad item yet or the process server) they wanted me to hurry up and pay so they could hire. I told then I needed time and my father passed away and I had a new born baby. I assumed since I paid 5000 already as a flat rate they would give me some time . It wouldn't make a difference in there case because they already got paid 5,000 and didn't hire them yet so what's wrong with just waiting? They ended up dropping me shortly after a year goes by and I start talking to other probate attorneys( 3 to be exact ) and they looked at what I gave them and they stated that it was wrong what they did and for 5,000 they got paid they shouldn't have dropped me and to them " nothing " was really done on my case according to those attorneys. I talked to the ad litem they left in an old email and she told me the same thing . She stated she has done dozens of cases and never had an attorney do that . I was recommended to file a lawsuit since they do not even want to give me a partial refund since it states that in the contract " no refunds ". I will be filing a law suit as I found 7 other people I was able to contact in the last 2 days that experienced the same issue . Most of their Google reviews are fake if you go on their yelp page they are a 1 star . So sad they think they can get away with ripping people off . I will also be reporting the attorneys to the bar

I am quite satisfied with the service I received here. I concluded my divorce case at the end of last year, and the outcome was exactly as I expected. Especially their legal assistant was very prompt and precise on follow ups and I am pleased with that. The only few details they can improve are responsiveness from their lawyer - there were a few times that I needed to remind her that she owes me a reply, and also there was a mistake on billing details once. My overall experience was good with the firm.
