I thought I was going to be met with a warm and helpful person that would care about my situation and respond with even a little bit of urgency considering that I’ve never been through the process so I didn’t know what to expect. The initial email sent to me was great and it seemed like I would be well taken care of, and I also felt like I was in good hands based on the reviews. I completed the packet online, but didn’t receive ay communication after that. I decided to reach out to Mr. Metzen to let him know that the packet was completed and ask some follow-up questions. He directed me to give him a call, which I did, and I was not met with a warm greeting at all. This was the initial thing that made me feel like I should go with someone else. I was already nervous and uneasy about the process, and the tone of the call didn’t help. I work with customers all day, so I know how the tone of a conversation can impact the encounter. From there, he told me what he needed, and I sent it the same day, and called him when during the time he advised he would be available. He didn’t answer, so I left a message and haven’t heard back from him since then. That was about a couple of weeks ago. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who cares about great customer service.

I was embarrassed to think about having to file for bankruptcy let alone not knowing how to do it the correct way by myself.
