I have contacted this lawyers office TWICE over the last year and no one has ever responded to me for a consultation. Common courtesy would be to at least acknowledge that my request had been received and that this law firm was unable to offer assistance so I could find someone more willing and able to help me.

Avoid this firm. They lead you to believe they will represent you and pursue you, but then suddenly say they have "too many clients." I wasted my time corresponding with them when I could have approached another firm. Don't work with a firm that isn't going to be transparent and up front with you.

Wade Byrd was recommended to me for my personal injury case as a result of a motor vehicle accident, and I could not be more disappointed with the representation that his law firm provided. They initially made several misleading assumptions on my case based on a lack of research and legal work which turned out to be far from the truth. Additionally, their customer service was frustratingly slow and confrontational. Overall, after a 3-year arduous process, I cannot recommend this law firm to anyone.
