First and foremost, when a member of my family was going through a tramatic experience which lead to possible incarceration through no fault of their own, Ms. Mason immediately set up an in - person meeting with me and my wife. Ms. Mason comforted my family from start to finish. This was my family's first experience with the court system. Nevertheless, Ms. Mason answered each and every question . No question was too large or too small. Ms. Mason was, and is, always honest, transparent and open. She never stopped fighting for our loved one. Ms. Mason refused to allow the court to criminalize mental health. During our loved one's court appearance, Ms. mason defended our loved one as if they were a member of her family. Ms. Mason was knowledgeable, professional, eloquent and determined. Ms. Mason's performance was masterful. Our loved one was released and received a sentence of probation. Furthermore, when facing the possibility of a suspended license, our loved one was able to maintain his license, and received a reprimand. Again, Ms. Mason was able to assist and educate the court in understanding that mental illness is not a crime. Our loved one's ordeal lasted for one year, and Ms. Mason never gave up, and she never let us give up. On day one, when my wife and I walked into her office, Ms. Mason told us that everything was going to be alright, and our loved one ws going to be fine. She was right! We highly recommend the services of the Law Offices of Terri D. Mason. I know we've said it before, but thank you Ms. Mason. You've given us our lives back, and we are forever grateful!
