I'm kind of surprised they asked me to leave them a Google Review after I gave them my feedback, but I guess that speaks to how little they paid attention. At their request, here goes: Absolutely would not recommend. I hired them on the premise of being a one stop shop so I wouldn't have to use anyone else as we expanded to the Philippines. I spent over a year getting set up and bounced from person to person. No one person was watching my project; instead I had ten different points of contact who all blamed each other for stuff not getting done and didn't share information so I had to start over with each one. We spent a year establishing a corporation in the Philippines so that we could hire employees and be in compliance and when we had our first people ready to start (Found by their recruiting division btw), they came back and said "Oh, you wanted payroll services too, you never mentioned that. That's going to take more time and more money." If I hired you to handle everything for the purpose of employing people, used your recruiting division to find the employees, do I really need to explain that yes, I'm going to need to pay these people? In the end it wasn't a big deal, because the people found by their recruiting division were so bad that we didn't need to keep them for long. I also got zero actual advice on what was happening and what I needed to do. A year later and I have no idea what all is happening and what I'll need to do to stay compliant. They just keep giving me more invoices and higher fees to pay. Completely gouged me on rates, wanting 50,000 PHP to draft a simple employment agreement (again, for someone found by their recruiting division). Can't stress enough how unhappy I am as a business client.

Perhaps the thing that impressed me most about Carpo Law and Associates, specially our assigned Associate Ms. Denise Hilao was nothing was "sugar coated". She was very straight forward and told me what to expect each step of the way, this gives me a clearer understanding and perspective to make business decisions (HR and Operations wise). They’re very quick, efficient, and available whenever we have any emergency questions. I can’t name a better law firm in the Philippines other than Carpo Law.
