AVIOD: Seriously needs to be shut down. Crooked unethical behavior, provided his “service to an anonymous person who wanted me to leave a review. He is known to submit faulse documentation to court to gain a pay check. Has no remorse for doing so and will has no problem ripping a child out of their loving home. Report via BBB if you have experienced the same. He needs to be shut down.

Mr. Rubin is an unethical lawyer and a sloth attorney. He did not properly present my case and his misrepresentation of my case and making the wrong final decisions regarding how he handled my case. I expected Mr. Rubin, as my attorney, to be both professional and ethical when handling my legal request. He did not honor my wishes and caused me to lose my family over his wrongful ethical means to present or defend my case. He wasted not just my time, but another attorney and Judge’s for not properly presenting what he was hired to help me during a tragic time over losing my mother. He took full advantage of his best interest and harassed me throughout the process and up until his demands to be paid for services he exaggerated claims of preparing documentation. I spent more time contacting, following up, and providing Mr. Rubin with materials, while he continually told me he was on holiday and then vacation when we had a deadline to meet. I needed to take immediate action to help my own case. if you are looking for a helpful attorney, please do not waste your time or money. He is a one man operation, charging overhead that does not exist. Unfortunately for me, he took advantage of my innocence when I was at my grace for help and I trusted him to obey the laws of his oath.
