just terrible! Would not recommend anyone here, take business elsewhere. these people do not care about your case at all. My brother in law has been waiting for almost 3 months for a call back from Katie radder!!! Everytime we call for update the receptionist and paralegal leave a message to her but no response. Seems as she has not done her part in work and is AVOIDING US. I mean wow!! This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Incompetent place of a “business”

Poor clerks service and lack of love for their job of the person responsible for the front desk in this office made my husband walk away from this office without try a lawyer . The lawyers in this office may be good but the work of the front desk people is really bad.

If i could do 0 stars i would. Its been over 4 years that we went to them and they took my husbands fingerprints and they supposedly didn't get a response and they made us go in again… like after two years, after that they said oh we actually did get a response…. Like what!!!! How are you not going to know if you got a response or not… and now we just call and call and call and they always say they'll get back to us. 5 years wasted. But of course they have no problem taking payments

I’m glad to know her personality and especially to see how professional she is. I received my residency today and writing to let everyone know she knows what she’s doing.
