Mr. Sedaghat is the absolute WORST attorney I have ever dealt with. He is unprofessional, disorganized, and only cares about collecting your money. His office will call you instantly when it’s time to collect his fees, but when you need something from them, be prepared to follow up multiple times. He doesn’t remember the details of your case, doesn’t communicate properly, and worst of all, he made huge mistakes that ultimately led to my case being denied. After wasting over two years of my time and a significant amount of money, he told me there was nothing else he could do. I then hired a different attorney, and they were able to fix my case in less than six months! What a complete waste of time and money!!! He is incompetent and careless, and hiring him was the worst mistake I ever made. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do yourself a favor and find a competent attorney who actually cares about their clients. Stay FAR AWAY from him!
