They were timely and very organized in the services they provided and the corporate binder they produced. They responded promptly to emails and phone calls and they had no hidden fees. I would have given them 5 stars except for some areas of ambiguity in how they classified my organization for tax purposes. It caused me some alarm. They were cooperative though and changed it per my consultation with my accountant.
