Ridiculous on how many times you have to call them for an update it’s ridiculous how they always use the excuse of their in a meeting it’s the unfortunate fact they never answer the phone. It’s the fact every case manager tells you one thing and another tells you something else. Nothing ever adds up. Can never speak the lawyer directly. Can never get a clear answer I don’t recommend this place at all they don’t have your best interest and they are very slowwwwwww moving. You’re better off going to someone else.
