I called to speak to an attorney about an insurance claim… Scott answered the call, all he said was “Scott Hughes”. So, I start talking and he just hangs up on me, doesn’t even say a word.

Called left message no reply. Filled out form online. Sent return email saying they would call me but call their number for more immediate service. The same number I called the day previous. I replied to the email that I called that number and will seek counsel elsewhere. Sent an immediate reply saying Scott not in office and call Nguyen for service. Not as client driven as they claim

Scott Hughes is a great lawyer. He is professional, easy to talk to, and honest. He carries with him an impeccable reputation as a trial lawyer.
