On August 14, 2017, I hired Mr. Loa to obtain some documents for me from a business in Los Angeles. The business had already offered to give them to my attorney, but would not give them to me directly. Therefore, I hired Mr. Loa so they could send them to him. I paid $350 for this (I had previously paid a $75 consultation fee). After not hearing anything from him for a few weeks, I stopped by his office. Mr. Loa then quickly called the business, and I could hear the woman on the other end asking him if he needs anything in writing. His answer was "no". The single purpose of hiring him was to obtain these records. I expressed my dismay, but he ignored it. What a waste of money and time, he did nothing.
