Zero follow-up. Rude speech %100. The staff is even more rude. Probably the rudest lawyer you've ever seen. As if they work too hard, and the office is always closed. They close at noon and never answer. Even if you call them over and over to ask a question, they always put you on hold and forget. If they followed up and did the job, I wouldn't care about their rudeness. If you're lucky, maybe your case will be finalized. I've known them for over 8 years. I know it's impossible to get the job done or get an answer to your question. When they can't find the check in the file, they reach out to you immediately and ask if you paid your money, rudely. Never expect politeness. By the way, they couldn't find the check because they put it somewhere else. In short, it's a waste of the years and money you'll spend. I recommend you look for a more caring lawyer. Good luck.

If I would be able to give them zero stars, I would. I got recommended to this office because supposedly they were “good”. My experience with her is really bad. If you’re willing to waste $100 in this economy, just to be quoted on something that you could literally find on TikTok go for it. I have talked to so many lawyers some free some with a $50 consultation and I have gotten more information. I had my consultation about two weeks ago, The day of my consultation, they called me first thing in the morning Requesting my $100 consultation deposit. But when it came to my appointment that I had that same day at 2 PM NO ONE CALLED ME. Keep in mind My husband got out of work early so he can attend because this was a consultation for OUR case. I literally made him waste his time. Well, not me. She literally made us waste our time. 2 o’clock came around she never called us. Five minutes went by 10 minutes Went by 20 minutes went by till I decided to call the office and tell them I had an appointment. That is such a really bad First impression. Our consultation just felt rushed since it was forgotten about she didn’t apologized or anything for not calling us. I would say our consultation lasted about maybe 15-20 min. Her attitude just felt like she had to be there like she didn’t want to Even speak to us it was just very rude and rushed like I mentioned. I have tried contacting the office to get a refund the $100. I have sent them several emails and I have not gotten a response from either of them. At this point, I might just dispute it with my bank.
