AWFUL. I am in the middle of a very scary situation and this consultation was ridiculous. Don't waste your time or money, this guy doesn't know how to talk to clients anymore. If you can't listen to your clients during the consultation, how do you expect me to want to HIRE you for a serious legal matter? I can't stand attorneys who act like your life and problems are meaningless- that shows me you won't fight for me in court. He not only cut me off the second I started talking, he was shockingly rude. Start charging for consultations if you can't stand to listen to another human for 10 minutes.
