If you a current client - run away. Will talk about anything and everything but your case. Does not care if you win or loose. Will tell you about his trips to Africa non stop. Should be retired long ago. Glad I fired him, best decision made.

He treated me respectfully and did a wonderful job assisting me to receive child support, alimony, and many extras. I appreciated his willingness to travel quite a distance for my case. We went to Dennis 2 years ago to get more custody of my step kids. The whole time he acted like he didn't want to hear what we had to say about the situation with the birth mom, treated us like we were lying to make us sound better. Kept telling us that it's only the kids that matter (which is why we wanted more custody to begin with, to make things better for the kids). We had a list of things we wanted to add to the parenting plan and he ignored it. He was lazy throughout the whole process. He never consulted with us when mom's lawyer suggested he do this instead, he just went ahead and made decisions without us and then told us "sorry, this is the best you're gonna get". What a waste of our money. Please for the love of God do NOT use this man as your lawyer. It is not worth it.

Dennis handled my post-divorce motion to stop my maintenance. Ok, he’s a goofball and I wasn’t sure if he even understood my case. Every time I met with him, he talked about everything but my case. I wrote lots of detailed letters, which may have helped. Going into court, I was worried, but he won. He was referred to my by 3 people who said he was the divorce lawyer I needed if I wanted to win and we did. He’s likable and has many connections. I would refer others to him and have.

Dennis prepared my divorce case years ago when working with Case & Lacerte. He was deceitful and dishonest, representing my soon-to-be ex-husband and not disclosing that information to me (although I'm sure he slipped a copy of my signature in somewhere). I didn't know until after the fact and the damage to myself and my children was intense because of his duplicitous double-dealing. He then had the audacity to ask me to pay extra to compensate for my ex not paying him. Had I known then that you could report a lawyer with questionable morals to the authorities, I would have done all I could to see that he could never take advantage of another person like he did me. I would give zero stars if I could, but glad to inform others that this attorney could care less about your representation. If you want to lose, he's your man.
