My wife and I decided to move to Costa Rica in 2016. Although we have on children, we do have a number of assets that we wanted to be properly dispersed should the occasion arise.

He also verified that we had similar documents produced in Costa Rica as the documents created in the United States are not seen as enforceable in Costa Rica. Each of us have a binder with these documents. He told me that when circumstances change that we should call and see if any of these documents need to be modified, no charge. His office always responds quickly to any request for information.
We recently found ourselves assigned with the task of creating wills, special needs trust, health directives, etc for family members.
