STORY #1: John Bigler Sends Messages - Leading up to my court hearing dates John would communicate with me through text to give me a personal message and also a heads up on what to expect from court that day. It wasn't some copy and paste message. It was actually written precisely about my hearing that day. STORY #2: The staff cared and took pride in their work - My very first experience I remember with his staff was when I sent an urgent email over at 6am in the morning. Due to the emergency of the situation, they were on it within minutes (literally) and hours before their office even opened. They knew exactly how to prioritize their work at the office to make sure this was taken care of with the courthouse that morning. *Don't expect this kind of attentiveness all the time. Elissa might of just heard her phone buzzing while she was sleeping. Still really awesome though!* STORY #3: John always gave me honest objective answers - Sometimes I didn't like getting honest objective answers from John. He was always professional when doing so but it was tough at first because hearing things that weren't exactly what I might of wanted or expected (at the time) made me anxious. After looking back though, John was on-target 100% of the times he advised me on those stressful matters. Trust him and his staff; they really do know what they are doing.

*Not BOGUS* I did not ask for assistance in "litigation against our former client" NOT once did I ask for information within the case nor was I going to. It is a question I have and was directed this way by the court house themselves. One star sucks but I was also trying to be polite, since you want to claim “bogus” if you are someone who is wanting peace at the time don’t depend on this guy and how he writes up agreements and also doesn’t submit ALL the paperwork required to the court for records. —————————— Called today, couldn’t get my question out before the lady started telling me they couldn’t assist. I won’t go into detail but the point is the lady should have fully listened and allowed me to get my questions out regardless could have been professional, her attitude sucked, very rude and honestly could compare her mouth to a two year old with a tantrum.
