I hired this firm in September 2021. I used to receive a monthly follow up treatment phone call. Those calls ended in March 2023. I was encouraged by one of the attorneys to follow up with a neurosurgeon which I did in March. I emailed the firm that I did not feel comfortable having an aggressive surgery. Five weeks later I received a letter that they were releasing me as a client. I called to discuss this with Tom Hall and never received a return call. I have documentation of all received and initiated calls. Apparently my hesitation to have major surgery cut into their projected proceeds from my injury. The biggest mistake I ever made was hiring this firm. Filing a grievance with the PA Disciplinary Board.

Absolutely the very best staff Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with in any business. Kayla, Sara and Blanca are definitely the best support staff a business could have. All three of these ladies wasted no time ever handling my needs. Bill did a fantastic job as well, phone calls were either answered immediately or returned within a couple of hours.
