Since it was through the reviews I read here that have been encouraged to look for this lawyer, I think it's good to share my experience here too! I contacted attorney Russel Wilson in the first instance due to an I-90 case (Green Card replacement) that had been pending at immigration for over a year. I was well served by the attorney who lived up to the positive comments that were attributed to him, and I even commented to my family about the polite way he treated me! However, my case was rejected by immigration, who sent me a letter and I would like him to review it, so I contacted Mr. Russel Wilson again, but this time by message, asking him if he would be working, since it was President's Day (there were many places that worked and others that didn't, and I didn't want to bother him if he was resting). Due to this message, Mr. Wilson called me and the first thing he told me was that, first of all, I should never send him a message again, because he doesn't handle his business by message, and after explaining what was happening, he told me that he had more important cases on his hands than mine ( for me and for each person, our case, no matter how simple it is, is the most important and we must give it due value☝️) and that he would not accept mine, when all he could say was that at the moment he had a lot of work, so he could not accept mine (which is normal)! I found this second approach very rude, seeming like two completely different people between the two occasions (only because of the first one I give it 3 stars, otherwise it would be 1). In conclusion, I will never contact him again and I have advised my family to do the same!
