I was represented by Dwayne Brown. He became a liar from the very beginning of the case. He decided to do work with no consultations with me. Signed paper work that I was never aware of. Made an settlement with the opposing side without consulting me or discussing anything with me. With held funds and still with holding them and all fees and liens are paid. From the start to now. He makes like he's never in the office and never answer or return phone calls. From the looks of it I've been robbed of my settlement by this attorney Dwayne Brown. I've discovered a few people who suffered similar situations. And all believe he's robbing the city of Baltimore, Maryland due to the negligence of knowledge the people have for law. Dwayne Brown is not for the people and should not ever represent any one. He needs to be disbarred from the association
