I honestly just want to commend Spencer for taking her time and listening to my case. Not even sure if they'll accept it but just to hear how comforting she was and attentiveness to my case, it meant everything to me. Especially when it comes for people fighting and defending you. Nice staff but not very attentive and most were unwilling to help with phone calls apart from what they were required to do. I had one particular instance where a piece of my mail was opened and initially they were concerned and said they would get back to me, but after I called back to follow up they seemed unconcerned and confused why I had contacted them when it was a letter that was regarding my settlement details. I also had to email/text the same info/photos to them on several different occasions and asked why they didn’t have the original copy and they made some excuse up.
