They were nice and professional. Rachel was nice. The only issue i had was why they didn't tell me from the start they couldnt handle my case because it took place in delaware and I live in maryland. I ended up having to be transferred to another lawyer in delaware she recommended but still had to pay for her services even though nothing was really accomplished by her firm. The other lawyer really didn't do much either we were the ones living with the pain and suffering. And had to pay back all kinds of fees (workman comp and even medical bills) even when it wasn't our fault.because a 3rd party caused it. I guess insurance and owning property isn't enough to get what you are owed. $250000. Policy is all the other guy had to work with Ended up with barely nothing after paying everything back. Between the 2 lawyers they made out better then us. No justice for the innocent just pain for the rest of our lives. I would recommend you to others as long as it happens in maryland.

Will not even consider you without injury. Will do nothing to recover tens of thousands of lost business income due to another at fault driver in a negligent collision. It's funny, while you're on hold, they explain they will help you recover from ailments including PTSD .. but clearly, there's no interest in that. When someone's only option is suicide, they still don't care. They only chase ambulances and frauds who pretend they're injured. No justice for the honest and innocent Will change review if the business decides to own up, be honest and transparent. A simple genuine apology would fix this. The female attorney in the office took great offense to my frustrations and desperation involving this collision. The initial woman who answered the call was very professional. The "attorney" I was transferred to acted like a heartless jerk, and she was not fond of my response to her rudeness (I made the ambulance chaser remark) I will have to pursue the only option I have, as because of the abundant soullessness and incompetence everywhere I look, I will lose everything I have from my kids, to my home, to my business . There is absolutely no point in living.
