Lack of communication: When calling to see about my case that I hired her for, I can never seem to get a call back. It's like every time I call, it's "oh , no one's available right now, I can have someone call you back," but no one calls back. When I message on the client app, there is no response there either, especially when I was told the client app was the best way to communicate. Got a response only one time, and that was after payment. Other than that, there was no response or anything. The sad part is that I was referred to her by another lawyer, and this looks bad on the lawyer who gave me this information. I paid $2500 for a service that I'm not receiving for real. I should have gotten my money back when offered if I knew it was no communication for rel. I paid in September, and it's December . I have yet to hear someone in this office about my case. I understand lawyers are busy, but a simple phone call or message will be fine. But to not call nor message is bad business. I do not recommend this firm. Edit: reply to the response from Chaunte Sterling. Of course, it's not going to show that you don't have records of a Nikki Smith, but I guarantee you that you know who i am. And what rite do you have to ask me that? Anyway, I'm still waiting on an invoice and proof that you actually did service. I've been waiting for about a week now. If you can't provide proof of service, I would like the rest of my refund back. I like how you can take the time out to reply to Google reviews, but you can't take the time to COMMUNICATE when im calling and messaging you about the status of my case. I hope you don't fabricate the invoice and proof when you send it to me. I hope it will be a legit case number or whatever so that i can check to see if it's true or not.
