Absolutely amazing experience with the entire Anna Yum firm! My life was in shambles after just losing my dad so quickly to pancreatic cancer. Then my mom, my best friend, suddenly diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer (along with her siblings, too, around same time…who does that happen to?).Anna Yum personally called me and introduced me to her assistant, George - the nicest person you’ll ever meet :) Shortly thereafter, many on the team were made aware of my first DUI case and communication was absolutely unbelievable. Such amazing teamwork to assist clients through such a difficult situation. Anna and her team took great care with my case even though it felt rather miniscule. At the consultation, I was presented with a detailed plan on how Anna decided to handle my case from start to the end of the statute of limitations. Everything with the case has gone to plan so far, as the charges against me have been dropped. She gave me solid advice that I still adhere to. Her team were very communicative and made sure my and my family’s doubts and concerns were addressed and taken care of. Jorge in particular has been spectacular. There were times when questions weren’t answered as quickly as I would have liked, and I’ve only met Anna over the phone; she does run a busy office.
