Let me start off by saying that Alice is literally heaven sent . From speaking to a handful of attorneys whom didn’t want to take my husbands case because it was “impossible for him to ever come home” , to hiring attorneys who took thousands of dollars from us , to attorneys taking my husbands case and then last minute saying that they couldn’t represent him because it was such a difficult case… we felt like there was no hope . My husband had an extremely lengthy sentence . On top of having to serve several life sentences , he also had life without the possibility of parole (LWOP) .
