The worst communication! I had to wait about 3 days to even get more information or schedule a consultation then when I finally got it scheduled I NEVER received a call or anyone reached out to me. If this is how it is now that I haven’t hired them I can’t imagine if I did, I would never hear back about my case. Taking my business elsewhere there’s millions of other attorneys out there! EDIT: When I spoke to secretary and finally received a call for a consult I was supposed to be called at 5:30 and never was which was a last minute opening I had originally scheduled for the following day. So the fact that you’re saying I received a call for my consult is a complete lie and never received a voicemail as well. Regardless already took my business elsewhere where they answered to my matter right away!

Be very careful with this law firm, they are a fraud, they steal your money and do absolutely nothing. In December I hired them, I paid a retainer of $1,500 and they charged me $250 a month. I never spoke with a lawyer and when I managed to speak with one named Alex Borrel, he was not a lawyer, supposedly. strange because the firm has his name. To make a long story short, they left my case, no one can explain to me what they charged or give me details of the deductions from my retainer and what they charged, when I called them and was confronted by a certain Andrew Borrel (he introduced himself as a lawyer) with a defensive and arrogant attitude. I had to tell him not to talk down to me because he was only a lawyer and that I paid him to represent me, so he could do his job, respect me as a client, and that's when he cut the phone off. I will talk to BBB and write a complaint to the board of Florida Bar for bad practices and so that this bad experience does not happen to anyone else. Let me be clear I give them 1 star because there's not a choice of "0" star.

Maria De La Torre and her paralegal Dana guided me through the entire process and were swift with all responses and communication.
