I called Mr. Sanchez regarding a housing issue as I am not represented and needed an attorney to give me advice prior to my court appearance. He was very friendly, spoke to me over 20 minutes the first time, and followed up 2 more times, with the last time giving me his take on the court documents I received and needed to sign (after I emailed them to him). I wanted to make sure I didn't miss something or signed something I should not have. FYI: He had volunteered to review for me. All of this without charging me anything. Now the man needs to eat too and provide for his family, so don't expect a lot of freebees.
